| Welcome to the exhibitors page for "The Great Art & Craft Festival". If you are a current exhibitor, a past exhibitor or just looking for new and profitable shows then we hope you will find the answers to your questions on this page.
First of all, let's say you are visiting this site for the first time and are interested in participating in one or more of our events. Before you do anything, finish reading this short introduction, then follow these steps to get a good idea if our event is for you. Click the Why Sign Up link below, it gives you some good reasons why many past and present exhibitors continue to book our festivals. After you have read that page then click on the Photos of Festival page, this will give you a good idea of what our shows look like, the quality of the displays and the high caliber of the exhibitors.
Next you need to get a brochure. You can do this by downloading one by clicking the Fall 2005 Brochure or Spring 2006 Brochure links below. These brochures are in the PDF format. They are fairly large files (1.5 mb) so if you only have a phone modem the download will take quite a bit of time. For high speed users the download is just seconds. If you have a slow phone modem and don't want to wait online for the download, just click the Mail me a Brochure link and fill out the form and we will send you a printed full color booklet in the mail today.
What next? You can wait for your brochure to arrive in the US Mail, or you can read the downloaded pdf brochure. After you have enough information and you would like to apply for our events you can do it several ways. Your printed or downloaded brochure has an application inside of it. Fill it out completely and either mail or fax it to us.
We are a juried show so we must see 5 photos, slides, or digital pictures of your work before we can process your application. You must send photos with your mailed application. We would also like to see a photo or drawing of how your booth display will be presented.
If you want to apply today, just click the Online Application link in the orange box to the lower left for our Fall 2005 Tour. You can also apply today for our 2006 Spring Tour by clicking the Online Application in the turquoise box . Simply follow the detailed instructions in the online application form and email us photos of your work or send the photos in the US mail today.

After your application has been sent and is accepted you will receive a confirmation in the US Mail. Upon receipt of your confirmation you should make accommodation reservations for hotels or RV's. The host hotels are listed in the festival brochure on page #4. Or you can go to this link to see the hotel and camping information on this web site.
All you have to do is apply by mail or online, send us photos of your work and booth to be juried, plus a $200 deposit for each festival booked. It's that simple. We will provide you with a first class Convention Center Exhibit Hall. We will bring in the crowds with a time tested highly effective advertising campaign that works! Our customers are 70% women, upper to middle income, who love to shop. Our events are run smoothly by a large and experienced festival staff, that is always on hand to help you with any problem.
Important things to remember: Our shows are indoors. We advertise heavily and effectively. We do not allow imports, or commerical "buy sell items".
The risk of bad weather is eliminated. ( Has this happened to you? You get accepted and travel 1000's of miles to one of the top outdoor shows in the West, but if it rains, is to hot or windy and your sales suffer drastically. ) You pay a little extra for a convention center show, but it is so nice have a roof over your head with a climate controlled indoor environment.
You can book many indoor shows by other promoters, but if they allow imports, commerical items and have ineffective unprofessional advertising the result is a "bad show".
Now we cannot guarantee a "great show" for everybody. Shows are an education, just like in school, they are graded on a "bell shaped curve" . There will always be people who do great and people who don't do as well. Our 30 year track record proves that we have a larger percentage of high grossing exhibitors than our indoor competition. Actually our shows do better than many of the large outdoor street festivals. A majority of our exhibitors would grade their sales and overall experience at our festivals as either "A" or "B".
